All sessions are conducted via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer, and receive the same quality of care you would in person, just without the commute.

We provide both therapy and medication management. Our medication management approach includes therapeutic dialogue and psychoeducation. Many patients find that this integrative approach meets both their medical and emotional needs.

We cater to individuals from ages 16-69 who are experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral health conditions and require assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of psychiatric disorders within a holistic, evidence-based framework.

Our PMHNP is currently licensed to treat patients in New York and Tennessee. Thus, you can rest assured that your care is compliant with New York mental health service and Tennessee psychiatry service laws, as well as professional standards required in each state.
